Mandatory Aadhaar-Linked Mobile Number and Bank Account

Aadhaar-Seeded Bank Account

Similarly, depositors must possess an Aadhaar-linked bank account, as this enables secure fund transfer directly to the depositor's bank account.

Documents to be Attached with the Claim

When submitting a claim, depositors must attach essential documents, including deposit certificates/passbooks, the claim request form, and, if applicable, their PAN card for claim amounts exceeding Rs. 50,000.

Upon successful claim submission, depositors will receive an acknowledgment number visible on the portal, and a confirmation SMS will be sent to their registered mobile number.

Refund Process

Regarding the refund process, eligible depositors can expect the claimed amount to be directly credited to their Aadhaar-linked bank account after a waiting period of 45 days from the date of successful claim submission.
