What are the terms and conditions of the scheme?

To know how to become rich with this scheme, it is important to know about its terms and conditions, which are as follows: 

• The scheme is starting on 1 September 2023. 

• Invoices issued by a GST-registered supplier of states and UTs are eligible for the Mera Bill Mera Adhikaar scheme. 

• The scheme is only available in Assam, Gujrat, Haryana, and the UTs of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, and Puducherry. 

• To be eligible for the lucky draw, one must make a minimum purchase of RS 200. 

• One individual can upload up to 25 invoices per month on the portal. 

• Drawing of lots will be held monthly and quarterly, and winners will be eligible for cash prizes up to 1 crore. 

• The month's invoices should be uploaded by the 5th day of the subsequent month.
