Other IPO details
The promoter and founder of the company, who also acts as the Chairman and MD, Abhishek Bansal, is offering up a part of his stake through the OFS. The IPO proceeds will be used to enhance the capital of the company’s NBFC subsidiary, Abans Finance, and other corporate uses.
The merchant banker for the IPO is Aryaman Financial Services, while Bigshare Services is the registrar.
